"Room was clean and robe and slippers provided were appreciated. Coffee (powder) could be improved (pods?) Spa was good as were the services- gym very small and not what would find in a 5 * hotel. Valentina and Lydia, both working bar/restaurant were unusually exceptional in the service they provided- pleasant, calm, friendly and efficient- they should be cloned!"

"The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortabe. That's all I need. The location was great, convenient to both Old Town and the train station. It's in the middle of the city so there is some noise, of course but nothing that kept me awake. The staff is great!"

"Very centrally located near the central station, makes it great to travel to different towns. The hotel is very clean and the service was great, very attentive. The breakfast was great and the attendant were very professional. Would definitely stay there again."

Main downside of the hotel related to eco friendliness, including the quantity of disposable cups used in the dining room and bedrooms - paper but containing plastic and unable to be recycled. Also, despite a sign on the bathroom door about their eco policy and reusing of towels, all the towels we left hanging up for reuse were replaced."

"check in was extremely easy, received a whatsapp with video instructions on how to access the room, great idea. the room was between the station and the center, about 15 minute walk to old town. it was perfect location for us. also next to all antico vinao - a sandwich shop we have been to in many cities, make sure you go here. a couple of ants around the bed which i dispatched onto the balcony easily (had noticed this in a couple of places in italy so not just here, so not a problem) hot tub was good and came with video instruction via whatsapp which was a majot plus as they are normally quite fiddly. shower was excellent although i woudl consider getting seprate shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in future and maybe have a moisturieser aswell to take it up a notch. the bed was very comfortable with comfortable pillows. free coffee pod machine. free water. what more do you need!"

"The room was really clean. I really enjoyed their shower and water. Pressure was amazing. It was my first night in Italy and as an American it was hard for me to adjust to the time change. I ended up staying up until 5am and then I overslept. Checkout is 11 AM. They were very accommodating and let me have an extra hour so I could get ready for the day."
