They won't let you keep your luggage there, they have all these weird rules about everything and were completely unprofessional when I texted them, yelling at me. "A lovely place to stay! The room is spotless, the lobby is comfortable, and the breakfast is outstanding. The only minor drawback is that you need a taxi or will have to drive to the old town; the distance is too far to be walkable. Front desk staff can readily call a taxi, however -- and to return to the hotel, you just walk to the train station to find a cab."

We had a wonderful experience at the Nicolaus Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt safe and well taken care of. The free shuttle from the airport was a huge plus and made our arrival stress-free.
The room was spacious enough for our family, which was a pleasant surprise, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – we all slept so well. Even the little things were thoughtfully done – we absolutely loved the soap!
Now, the breakfast… hands down the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. There were so many choices, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and local specialties – something for everyone, and everything was delicious.
We also appreciated that there were plenty of good food options just a short walk up the road, which made dining out super convenient.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend!"
"Very clean and spacious. I stayed in the deluxe apartment, which has elevator access and is convenient. Equipped with lots of amenities. Even with coffee capsules to start the mornings. Good shower pressure. The shower space is Ok for me, and may be confined for some people. I hope it will provide laundry liquid for future guests to use the washing machine. I had easy check-in after hours. Six minutes walk from Quintino Sella station if coming by train from Bari international airport. The three staff members of CconfortHotels were very responsive and helpful with all my online queries and requests. Highly recommend!"
