"We chose this hotel as unlike most, it had a pool - infact 2, 1 inside and 1 outside. We had a great room - large with seating area and a view of both the pool and the castle. Superking bed which was very comfortable. Disapponted no iron available. It is, by comparison to others in Tomar, a large hotel and whilst its used by coach tours its quiet whilst being in easy walking distance of the beautiful town and its attractions. There's a good choice at breakfast although the coffee machines take ages. The hotel don't seem to promote the restaurant for evening meal so we didn't try it. Would stay again

It’s well designed. It’s got beautiful furnishings. Staff was very friendly and everyone spoke English which was nice. They were very accommodating. The staff went above and beyond for me to make sure that I had everything that I needed. I would definitely recommend the Thomar Boutique Hotel. "

"Terrific stay! Awesome service, cute place, super clean, wonderful location, and lovely views.
And the breakfast was great too - real vs powdered eggs, local pastries, fruit, and coffee.
I was also happy that that there was a shelf to place my toiletries in the shower.
Ideal for a couple of nights if you are traveling light. "
"Very well appointed inside, room was clean and very comfortable. Grounds are a nice size and comfortable to walk around. No having to go out to the street and deal with reaffic. Really enjoyed the pool area also; not a primary reason for staying, we found it a great place to relax.
Breakfast was a treat as well. "
