"Rental of this property in the winter season has some issues but overall, it met our needs. After a very long drive, we arrived at 4 am. We were unable to check in until later in the morning. Once we checked in at the hotel next door, getting into the apartment was a challenge. You need to access through a side gate, find the elevator in the dark, maneuver around obstacles in the dark before getting to the apartment. The front access / lobby is closed this time of year and all the furniture...

"***COCKROACH INFESTED*** We stayed here in August and discovered German cockroaches, and one on our son’s toothbrush. The conditions were extremely unsanitary. The hotel owner refused to offer any reimbursement or accept any responsibility, confirming that this was not their first time encountering this type of issue, as it is located next to an abandoned building. This is completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend families avoid this hotel."

"I stayed here before it is a nice facility but is in the middle of the highway kind of far from everything although there are plenty of transport options i think their biggest asset is the shuttle from the airport. There was no upgrade and i know they were not busy."
