"Quando chegamos ao local descobri que metade das fotos não corresponde ao lugar onde fica a casa alugada, o local onde eles alegam ser a casa não estava limpa e segundo o caseiro, eles não sabiam que haveriam hóspedes ali. Para ficar hospedado no local onde as fotos mostram precisei pagar mil reais a mais para a proprietária já que o local onde nos levaram não oferecia condições para passar mos os dias."

"The property has good potential — comfortable beds, a convenient location, and responsive staff. However, our arrival this time was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned — sheets and pillowcases were dirty/stained, the bathroom was unkept, the faucet was dirty, and the shower only had hot water.
