Location, near shopping, bars and restaurants, nice staff and great breakfast, Mr. Moises, Mr. Gomes and all employees were very friendly, frigobar at our room were full of free bottles of sodas, waters, juices… overall a great stay!

Best receptionists!

I only can say good things about receptionists at this hotel. They go on and beyond to accommodate us. If you are in Belo Horizonte- Mina’s Gerais I highly recommend this hotel. Boa localização, a poucos minutos do Minas Shopping (durante o dia é possível ir caminhando). As refeições no restaurante são bem servidas. Beneficio de água, suco e refrigerante como cortesia. Cama confortável e ótimo ducha. Café da manhã variado, com muitas opções de frutas. Faltaram apenas itens sem lactose.

Hotel muito confortável. Recomendo.

Gostei muito do hotel. É novo, moderno, limpo, tem roupas de cama e banho de qualidade, colchão confortável, um restaurante com comidas bem feitas e conta com uma pequena piscina no último andar. Somente a piscina em um pátio, sem bar. Está em frente a uma rodovia movimentada, mas possui janelas anti ruído, o que proporcionou conforto. O café da manhã é variado, muito gostoso e os funcionários no mesmo são bastante gentis. A localização é um pouco fora do eixo turístico, mas essa era minha inteção, ao menos para mim isso não foi problema. Cobram diária para estacionar o carro em sua garagem. É uma atitude pouco simpática a cobrança deste serviço, mas ao menos os manobristas são educados e trouxeram nosso carro rapidamente quando solicitado.
