"This was a great place to stay if you want to be near Vegas but want a chill experience. Staff were super friendly. Free parking and complementary valet. Rooms were pretty nice and very clean. Probably a great place if traveling with family. Would stay here again"

"I only had one minor problem with my stay. They state that maid service is every other day but you can request to have some or all service daily. I stayed three nights. After the second night I received maid service except for the bed. The sheets were not changed nor was the bed made. The front desk told me that I needed to request that service. Other family member that stayed there at the same time did receive that service without requesting the service. Since I only stayed 3 nights it wasn’t a problem but I suggest to inquire when you check in. "

"The breakfast choices were quite good. But for $300 a night, I expected a facility in better condition. My curtains had holes in them and I wasn't able to close them all the way. The bathroom had cracked tiles, the shower had mildew and leaked water under the door onto the floor. My room was next to the laundry and there was a lot of noise from that. Definitely not worth this price. "

"The parking was easy, but the trash container was overflowing with garbage. The young lady at the reception desk was very kind, professional and helpful. The tub had a permanent thick ring.. The carpet was stained in several places. The service phone was not connected. The microwave was placed on top of the refrigerator, that was on the floor. I placed my coffee on top of the microwave, when I opened the door of the microwave it tilted towards me and spilled the coffee. It should have been placed on the desk or a stand."

"The staff were the real asset to the hotel. They are friendly and helpful. We had three rooms. One was a suite. Other than an HVAC issue in one of the rooms, everything went well. The restaurants were good and casino was nice. Although the hotel was full, it didn't feel overcrowded. I've stayed at the Suncoast in the past and I definitely will again. "
