"Shower in the bathroom broken pool closes at like freaking 4 PM when it’s hardly even getting dark, but that is not advertised anywhere on the website or booking service so when booking your stay and pointing for a hot tub or a pool, you’d think that would be a part of the higher pricing even when it’s not even available for use and then they want to offer you like a $10 credit on a 300+ dollar reservation"

"Small scale hotel , great rooms and pool area great . Breakfast good variety and nice way to start ur day. Location is centrally located. All staff was great !!"

"1. Toilets are too small, the bathroom had a toilet that angled towards the vanity, which made it even more difficult to use. 2. When I used the hot water, it emitted a foul odor. 3. The shower faucet was loose, not the handle, the shaft to which it was connected. 4. One of the two elevators has been inoperable for several months (very inconvenient). "

"The staff were the real asset to the hotel. They are friendly and helpful. We had three rooms. One was a suite. Other than an HVAC issue in one of the rooms, everything went well. The restaurants were good and casino was nice. Although the hotel was full, it didn't feel overcrowded. I've stayed at the Suncoast in the past and I definitely will again. "

"Breakfast was okay, but I think they have a great opportunity to improve it, I had trouble connecting to Internet, the pool cold water, the restroom in the pool area were always closed."

"We stay from Thursday to Sunday , they only come to clean 1 day . We don’t have clean towel , only have 3 towels for whole our visit . AC make a lot of noice . Toilet had a strong noise when flush , it’s terrible to hear the noise when some body used the toilet . "
