"I can't say enough about the Summit Hotel in Tacloban, Leyte, Philippines! The staff is so very customer service-focused as to make each guest feel as though they are uniquely respected and important. For me, the only detraction to the whole experience was finding the fire door to the side stairs left open a couple of mornings. This presents a security risk, which is contrary to their otherwise safety-oriented environment."
