Really great staff who were attentive and really friendly. Reason it us g higher star is that it has no lift but it really should be 4 star. Great location and handy to the local buses and water taxi only short distance away to go into San Antonio. But the walk along the beach is nice as well...

"The family room was great for us and would recommend for other families like ours. Is in a great location near the beach and the fairground. The pools are very nice for the kids.
The meal times were a little inconvenient for us, dinner started at 7pm by which time our young children are usually in bed! Luckily, there are a lot of great restaurants easily walkable that we utilised nearer the end of our stay.
We have been to Es Canar many times and love it, we will be returning."

There's not a lot of high-end or branded shopping opportunities, but it's a cute, safe little town in a beautiful forested cove. Would return for sure. The prices for the loungers on the beach are extortionate. Don't even bother.

Excellent location, near to the Hippy Market, 10 min in taxi, easy to get the ferry to the Old Town which is wonderful. Looking forward to my next visit.

Shame the entertainment is not outside at night restraunts and bars within walking distance how ever if you want to go to San Antonio in the evening the taxis are not reliable at night they don’t turn up especially on a Friday "

Only snall issue was the fact the lovely double beds advertised on the website at an additional spend and all reserved.
But we made the most of the gorgeous beach which was just down some steps from the hotel.
Would definitely stay there again "

"We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our visit, which made a big difference. The location is beautiful and peaceful—perfect for a tranquil vacation.
That said, I believe there are a few areas that could be improved. The landscaping around the property could be better maintained to match the overall beauty of the setting. Additionally, the pool staff could benefit from more training to enhance the guest experience.
The beachfront restaurants were fantastic, offering a great atmosphere and delicious food. However, the main restaurant within the hotel itself could use some improvement in both service and menu variety.
Overall, it was a very good stay. For the price, I expected a little more, but the calm environment and helpful staff made it a memorable trip."
