"Really liked the hotel. So much my Sister and husband are going there on 1st July based on my opinion of it. Loved breakfast though a fresh cooked omelette section would be a dream. Anna is the happiest person I’ve ever met in hotel service. She does the hotel proud."

"Absolutely excellent stay! The rooms were modern, extremely clean, stocked with all the necessary amenities. The onsite restaurant was perfect! The breakfast buffet had everything for a well rounded meal - hot items, breads, omelet station, fresh fruits and yogurt, coffee and tea bar, fresh juices. As a parent staying with a toddler, the kids play area was huge bonus. The pools were pristine and so enjoyable for lounging and swimming. The kids pool was an additional bonus. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Loved everything about my stay."

"We stayed in the 4 star apart hotel part of the complex (some are classed as 3 star). Our room was described as premium pool view but was quite dated I think some of the rooms have had a full refurb so would be better. In saying that it was clean, the shower was powerful and the apartment had everything you needed. Plug points in the kitchen area were lacking. Daily maid service was great. Reception staff were extremely helpful. The rooftop pool felt very 4 star. We didn’t stay for the entertainment but the entertainer Jeffrey was v friendly . Quite a walk from town but bus stop near"

"Our stay was absolutely unforgettable. The hotel offers breathtaking views that capture the true beauty of Ibiza, whether you're enjoying the sunrise from your room or relaxing by the pool with the sea stretching out before you. Every corner of the property feels like a postcard. What truly made our experience special was the staff. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine attention to detail specially what they dis foe my daughter's birthday made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. Exceptional service like this is rare and deserves special recognition. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing, elegant, and inviting. If you're looking for a hotel with stunning views, outstanding hospitality, and an authentic Ibiza luxury experience, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended, and we can't wait to return! "The food was honestly very poor and cheap quality produce. The rooms weren’t clean : coffee marks on the cupboards, grease marks on the surfaces, dirty kettle, floor was dirty with sand and clumps of dust. There were stains on the sofas too. The room look like they have been refurbished cheaply, wallpaper hanging off, very outdated kitchen appliances too. The plastic balcony railing is very dangerous and wobbles so please consider if travelling with young children. Most of the staff look like they don’t want to be there (except the cleaning crew who were lovely). The reception staff weren’t even able to tell us what the wifi password was and we had to ask for beach towels instead of being given them straight away at check in. Good pool facilities for children."

"This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location, it is spotlessly clean and staff are amazing. We have stayed here several times and always had a really great experience. Our most recent stay in May was sadly very different to the experiences we have had before and on this basis I am not sure we will return. During our previous stays, other guests have always been respectful and pleasant but during this stay the hotel felt more like a rowdy family all inclusive. We saw guests were using their hands to pick up items at the breakfast buffet, despite there being plenty of tongs available, we saw people taking glass bottles of water and napkins full of food out to the pool area (despite staff asking them not to), the mess left on and around tables during breakfast was utterly disgusting. At the pool, a loud man and his children spent most of one morning throwing balls to each other from one end of the pool to the other, preventing anyone else from swimming up and down, they were shouting to each other with no regard for others. People were putting towels out over sunbeds and then going for breakfast and not actually coming out to the pool for a couple of hours - I know this can be a problem in lots of hotels but we’d never experienced at Las Aguas before. One lady reserved seven sunbeds but her family didn’t come down to use them until mid morning. Staff look fed up and although it’s still gorgeous, just be warned thatthis hotel is no longer a peaceful, luxurious experience."
