The property exceeded all my expectations — it was peaceful, relaxing, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We had an awesome room with ocean view and were treated to champagne and a romantic set up as a welcome gift for our honeymoon. The Oceanside pool and spa was beautiful. The breakfast and dinner buffet had great variety and price was reasonable. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

We stayed there for long weekend ahead of moving to property in Funchal. Excellent modern hotel with emphasis on sustainability. The only suggestion I'd make is when you book the pictures you see of the hotel with sea access is the sister hotel the Galomar. I thought we had booked this. Doesnt really matter as Galomar is literally 5 mins walk away.

Beautiful property, good food, right on ocean with ladders descending into the water (or you can just jump in off the cliffs). A really delightful final night in Madeira! Greta stay at Galosol

Great location by the ocean with access to several pools and the sauna and steam rooms with ocean views was amazing. The room was very spacious, bigger than we expected and the breakfast offered a wide selection. The staff were also friendly. There are a few restaurants within walking distance although I would recommend having a car to explore further
