"Excellent experience, second time in Bahia Principe but this time in La Romana. Me and my husband definitely will come back!! Great food ,very clean room and the facilities but the most important thing that make our vacation amazing is the whole staff, everyone!!! We loved it!! We feel like we know each other for a long time, always with a smile. Specially the entertainment staff!! "

Dreams Onyx Resort & Spa All Inclusive

"This was a very nice resort. Very clean and comfortable. Rooms are super cute. I love the access to the sister resort, Breathless. This allows more options to eat, swim, and play. Breathless has the adult side with the casino, while Dreams has the water slides, game room, ice cream shop, and lazy river. I’m not sure if all resorts do this but I was told the liquor has 50% water in them. The drinks were a bit watered down unless you take straight shots or bring your own liquor. Food was decent. Hibachi was amazing. You have to book the Hibachi dinner. Overall, great experience. The welcome was very nice with a cold towel and glass of champagne. The room was ready early which is always convenient when you had a long day of travel. The birthday surprise my hubby paid for that they put together with a bday sash on my door, a cake, champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and balloons was soooo cute. They did a great job setting that up. Over all, great vacation stay."

"The place was very nice & clean up to date there was a great language barrier hardly anyone spoke English only 1 foreign ATM that didn’t give us our money we put in a claim but who knows if we will get it back we used up our cash tipping too much I think in the first couple of days lol. Upon leaving we had a prepaid driver that we booked with our stay that didn’t wait until we came down from our room to get to the airport so we had to pay a Taxi another $77 which was not good, but overall it’s a beautiful place. So remember take plenty cash money and plan ahead for your departure."

Finest Punta Cana by The Excellence Collection - All Inclusive

"We had a truly horrific stay at Finest Punta Cana. My husband got an extreme case of food poisoning that led to him having sepsis. After calling the front desk and others at guest services for 2 1/2 hours, we finally got care from the on-site Doctor Who was only able to check his temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate. They ultimately sent my husband to a hospital, nearly an hour away, claiming that they were the best in the region and spoke English. He was supposed to only get fluids and return that night and will ultimately have spent at least two nights there requiring us to rebook flights at a significant expense on top of the near $5000 hospital bill. We met several other families who were dealing with illnesses many of whom were suspecting it was from the food and across the board the hotel was a little support. I could not recommend against this place any further."

"Rooms were very clean but the restaurants were all fully booked the pool closed at 6:30pm everyday the water park the slide didn’t have any water coming down and staff was friendly but there was definitely some shady stuff going on me my sister and my cousin all paid for the same sunscreen and she charged me $32 my sister $27 and my cousin $29 all the exact one there was also a situation with two 18year old young ladies so the safety part was definitely a concern"

"They exceeded my expectations on every level. The check in was quick and smooth, I used the online check in, so all they had to do was give me my keys and then they took us to our room. We had a junior suite swim out and it was outstanding, the roomnwas very clean, in good condition, and the AC worked sometimes to good. The food was excellent at every restaurant, our favorite was the steak house, Mexican and surprisingly the sports bar!! The best bar to get a drink was Cielo, they had the 2 nicest bartenders, Carmen and Erika, they also made the best Bahama mammas at the resort. The beach was absolutely beautiful and there was plenty of loungers, and service on the beach was very good, and was always around. This place is a great place to stay, its very chill and relaxing!!!"
