"This was our second time staying at Ocean El Faro, and once again we stayed on the El Beso adults-only side to celebrate my birthday. Everything was wonderful! It's a fantastic resort and has everything you could want in an all-inclusive vacation. One of our favorite parts of the trip is the Blue Team. They always keep the energy high and make the pool and adults-only beach bar so much fun. A special thank you to Emmanuel, "Sexy Chocolate," and Carlick—they always made sure we were having a great time and truly made our trip even more memorable. The bartenders at the El Beso pool bar were also amazing. Juan Carlos, Estefany, and Domingo provided outstanding service every day. They were friendly, attentive, and always made sure we were taken care of. The absolute highlight of our trip, though, was Jose Miguel Jimenez. He truly made my birthday celebration unforgettable. Jose goes above and beyond for every guest and gives 100% to ensure everyone is happy and enjoying their stay. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care are unmatched. He is a huge reason why we love coming back to this resort. The only area that could use some improvement was the restaurant waiting staff. While the food was great, the hostesses weren't always the friendliest, and we often waited quite a while for someone to come take our drink orders, especially at the buffet. Overall, those minor issues didn't take away from what was another amazing vacation.We will definitely be back next year!!"
