The person who checked me in was rude and wasted an hour of my time on the phone. I had to pay cash. The next morning a competant person accepted my card. Its way overpriced for what you get.

Modern and comfortable

The furnishings in our room were very modern. The bed and couch were comfortable and the bathroom was large. The room included a kitchen area that was furnished with a stove, sink, refrigerator, toaster, waffle maker, microwave, blender, plates, and various utensils. The A/C was either on or off. The temperature could not be adjusted. However, it worked well which is a huge plus in San Pedro. Many buildings there do not even have A/C. The hotel had a gated entrance and 24-hour security. The room included a locking cabinet for personal items. The lady who cleaned our room was very hard-working and did a great job every day. The hotel does not provide breakfast but we discovered a very nice local bakery less than one block down the street. The warmth of the hot water supply varied greatly from day to day. Some days it was very hot but on other days it was warm at best. Also, the Wi-Fi was not very fast or reliable.

Enjoyed my stay

I have used this hotel 3 times now being in 3 different rooms. In the outside of the hotel looks quite different than what you will get on the inside. The rooms are pretty nice and spacious. The bathrooms are very nice and stylish. Only issue I had was the bathroom this time around flooded with water when I would take a shower. The bathroom is open format with a little glass shield between the shower and the other bathroom areas. Literally water was all over the place. They need to fix this issue and everything will be perfect.

The noise level this stay was high from street traffic and the exhaust smoke from cars was entering our room. This is the nicest option in San Pedro de Marcoris.

Ok for a night or two

No reception so not easy to pass the gate. No window in apartment but otherwise nice. May stay here again unless I find something better in underserved San Pedro.

Pleasantly surprised!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel was located close to his family. The room is spacias and clean. Very modern with contemporary decor. However, I would suggest management consider placing an iron and hair dryer in the room. Most people don't travel with those items.
