"Super clean hotel, looks new. Staff was great and responsive. Location was convenient to convention center. "

"very sparkly new/clean. Night staff was a little odd- no one was at the desk when we arrived and 2 others and I had to wait quite a while for someone to return to check in. In our room was a table lamp with no bulbs so we went back down to request bulbs and were told we should change rooms instead. After waiting to check in after a long day, we were tired and didn't change rooms. Why not just give us bulbs, I don't know. No coffee maker in the room, oddly. Microwave and mini fridge were there- fine for me since I travel with tea bags. Breakfast was very very basic. Cold hard boiled eggs, 3 types of dry cereal, some bagels, and packages of oatmeal. Airport shuttle was the hotel ordering and paying for an Uber which was interesting but worked fine. This hotel was perfect for us since we weren't there long -- good value for a VERY clean good sized room without a lot of frills, but with a shuttle to SJC."

"The room floor was all damp, likely moisture coming from the fridge. Thus the room was smelly moldy. "

"Room was fine, except it had a bunch of ants. We were going to an event near by, did not have time to change rooms. I notified the front desk, they said they will get rid of them.cam back to the room after event, looked clean, a few hours later they were crawling on me."

"Room was good except for some spiders in the bathroom. Outside on our patio neighbors left their dirty dishes, we complained and 90% was cleaned. They accidentally put a$345 hold on our credit card after we already paid expedia. I complained we were going to use that for dinner and breakfast. They gave us lounge access for snacks not dinner but did give us breakfast, they better not charge us for their error. Pool and hot tub were nice, most of staff polite and helpful. Eileen in the lounge was the best! "

"The staff was nice . The rooms were really nice with their own kitchen area . And the breakfast was Awsome ! I didn’t like the fact that you have to pay for parking , i wasn’t expecting that . But our stay was pleasant "
