"I stayed at beautiful Casa Mia December 1st. thru the 9th. I was very impressed with wonderful suite l stayed in, room 16. It was fully equipped with more than l needed, great TV with all the channels, lovely big, clean, crispy, bed, the view was spectacular. Close to city center, maybe 5 minutes walk downhill, uphill, l suggest a green and white taxi if you don't like to trek up the hill, taxis are everywhere, and only a few dollars. Also, if you need a ride to the airport, reception can arrange a taxi for the day of your departure. San Miguel de Allende is a truly magical place, incredibly romantic, with wonderful warm people. All in all, Casa Mia gets 5 gold stars from me, in fact, l was so impressed with this beautiful city, l've decided to move there in February. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The room had no shampoo, conditioner, soap, no hangers in closet, no amenities, only a half used bottle of old hand soap. Internet didn't work, no coffee in rooms, and reservation said free breakfast and there was none. They also have you wait while they walk through the room and inspect it when you check, very odd. High price for low service. "
