The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived as they rushed to gather our belongings and took them straight to our rooms once we checked in. The rooms were better than we even imagined with plenty of space around the King bed and lots of furniture for us to organize our clothes for our stay. The bathroom was extra spacious. The grounds of the hotel itself was like a beautiful hacienda compound. All around were communal spaces perfect for large groups or couples to gather as if we were all catching up at a family reunion. The live music on Saturday night in the hotel bar was our favorite little memory. San Miguel's centro was quite nice but our favorite spots were all right around our hotel. Felt like a home away from home!

When our room wasn’t right Karina made it right. She has awesome customer service, moved us to a larger room that was on the first floor and suited our needs and helped us with anything we needed. The hotel is in a great location near an interesting part of San Miguel with many restaurants and shops steps away. Comfortable with restaurant within and next door yo a sports bar where we could watch our NFL team play . Staff all helpful and friendly. Nice pool and outdoor spaces.

I loved the fact that there was a restaurant and bar and a game area to play billiards, and other things. The pool was a must for me and it was amazing! I wasn’t too fond of the old style rooms, didn’t seem to fit the rest of the hotel that’s the only downside to it. The gym was amazing

Ac was nice and cold but bed had hairs blood and probably other stains too. Tv had no signal and couldn’t see anything at all. The shower had a leak that would make noise the whole time we were there. Room service did not put more water bottles and wanted to kick us out earlier than noon my clock out time. Gym was nice however. Prices for breakfast are way too overpriced but I get it it’s for wealthy tourists. I’ve stayed here a lot of times but this time I want to think about it the next time I come here.

The room was in good condition, but it does need renovations. There was an iron in the room, but no ironing board, so I made it work on the bed. I didn't have time to call and wait for one to be brought to the room. Good, strong-smelling products are needed to keep the room smelling clean. There was a musky smell throughout the room and in the restroom drainage. The room was clean, but it required a pleasant scent. We asked twice for the small body wash cloths for bathing, and none were made available. Hand towels and towels were provided. Overall, the hotel was good.
