"The lady had the front desk super helpful. I randomly ended up in Solvang for a night. She helped to point me in the right direction with great information about the surrounding areas. She went out of her way to take a picture of me because I was on a solo motorcycle ride."

"The second floor room we stayed in was renovated nicely. Heater had a musty smell coming out, so we did not use although it did get chilly. Great location, can walk to everything. Parking good."

"Beautiful hotel. The room we stayed in, Jr. Suite, was spacious, clean and nicely designed. Staff was wonderful. Location perfect and walking distance to everything."

"The shower was a death trap -- so slippery that I actually fell out of the tub. The walls were so thin I could hear the person next snoring and people talking outsides. There's also no pea soup. There were cobwebs on the room entrance. Aside from that, it was fine."

"Hotel is completely under construction. This is not mentioned in the property listing. Pool and spa were unusable, baseboards/door frames off in parts of the hotel, Wires taped on walls and ceiling, Weird smells throughout the hotel, spackle/drywall littering the floors. This construction has been going on for over a year! Loud work being done from 7am-5pm. Will not be booking here again."
