"Room was not clean and sink was broken and no one came till next day to fix it "

"The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The pool is clean and heated at night. The WiFi works good. There is a lot of shopping center walking distance around the area and also food places to eat too. "

"The place was recently renovated cutely. It was clean. Great location, within walking distance to zoo, beach and a couple of nice restaurants. Just a couple of issues. We were 2 adults and two children. We had a room with two beds. The room was tiny. The beds were double size mattress (smaller than queen) and the room was so small that they were pressed up against each wall. The rooms air conditioner was literally touching the bed, making it impossible to turn it on at night without getting sick. The mattresses were extremely hard. The room had no Kleenex, iron, coffee maker. We were given only two washcloths for four people, and when my husband went to the office and asked for more, he was told they were out. They allowed dogs, unfortunately, the dog in the room next to us started barking at 5 o’clock in the morning and on. They did have coffee in the lobby in the morning. Overall, it was good, they could improve on some things. "

"Second night I was charged significantly more and per the room description thought I was moving to a larger nicer room but it was smaller and so much noise! Also the air conditioning is located right next to the bed and if left on (it’s hot here) is very loud and annoying. I’d be very careful when booking here"

"The remodel on this building was done well. Esthetically it was lovely. The window in our room was broken and the mirror needed replacing. It had a wonderful location and really kind staff upon check-in and check-out. "
