Santa Barbara Urban Wine Trail Hotels

"The line to check in was very long, and rooms weren’t ready even though it was after 3:00 because apparently a housekeeper went home sick. The hotel was very understaffed. It seemed that there were only two people on site, and the desk clerk had to leave the desk to take people to their rooms. After 5:00, it seemed that there was only one person on site who was trying to work the desk and take needed items to rooms causing long waits at the desk. We never got the extra towel we requested. The desk clerk was very nice and trying to be helpful but was just overwhelmed. Off street parking is very limited and on-street parking is limited to 90 minutes during business hours. This property could be a true gem but needs some serious love and better staffing."

"Great hotel would definitely revisit. Friendly staff, cheap, convenient parking underneath hotel. Nice big buffet breakfast. Comfortable room and very clean. Quiet from any road noise yet conveniently located right off the highway. "

"We got there, and check-in was super easy and quick. Staff were helpful and friendly anytime we needed anything. Parking wasn't an issue. Breakfast was the typical continental, and coffee was always fresh and hot. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and had the amenities they said they'd have. The microwave and refrigerator were working. The only issue we had was with the toilet and the shower drain. The toilet didn't always flush, and the shower drain would have moments where the water wasn't going down. We got the family room, so we had three beds and six people, and we never felt crowded. My sister and I both woke up from different beds with red bumps on our chests—bed bugs?! I don't know. The hotel also wasn't far from the highway and places to go and see. Overall, a great stay for our families!"
