"It's cute, clean and the staff is very friendly. It has lots of cute nooks to hang in and games to play. However, do not expect any type of space in your room. It's tiny. Well designed, but teeny tiny. The bathroom is even tinier. Feels as though the entire bathroom is inside the shower. Interesting concept, but not very comfortable. Location is excellent."

"What a fantastic hotel, we will be back! Beautiful well kept room. You don't need to get a large room to experience this property as the entry-level rooms are sufficient. Quiet, clean and a responsive staff. Valet parking and luggage service. Even though they charge for parking, but having this location on closed off State Street is worth it. Spend a little more than a chain hotel, and enjoy the historic experience!"

"The location is excellent! Great proximity to the beach and eateries, all within walking distance. The common area balcony provides great views of the ocean, beach, sunset and sunrise. However, the in-room amenities are lacking: sliver thin soap, no counter space in bathroom, no in-room coffee, no microwave, no bathroom door lock, bathroom window doesn't lock, dim lighting overall, insufficient sound proofing, pet charge too high."
