"So this is rated 4+ stars on Hotels.com and others, but it is barely a 2 star. First, there is NO elevator so you have to haul your luggage at least 2 flights of stairs up to your room. There are no TV’s, no Kleenex, small bathrooms with very low water pressure in the shower. There were dirty socks and toiletries left in our room from the prior guest. The breakfast that is included is not good, lower quality than any other we have had in Europe. The location is ok, but not the cleanest part of Venice. The staff was fine, but I would not stay here again. It’s really a low grade Pensione."
