"It is very quiet, close to town, nice grounds and pool. It had the nicest bedding and mattress that we had in our 3 week vacation. The downside is there are no coffee or tea making facilities in the rooms. No real drinking glasses, just plastic ones in plastic bags. Kind of expected better at this price point."

"The reception staff were polite and attentive, which already made the experience excellent. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. They even took the trouble to arrange a taxi service to the city of Chiusi."

"Staff was very friendly. Room has a character, confy bed. Car park is quite far but you can park next to reception for loading/unloading. Breakfast was great with so many options. Only negative thing I'd say is they are charging €6 when you order food to room which is quite high I think. "

"The room was full of ants and other small insects. I was staying in the middle of Tuscany wine country, I would expect my room to have a corkscrew and at least glass glasses. The room only had flimsy plastic cups. "
