The staff was so incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were ready with recommendations, patient with our lack of Italian knowledge, and always smiling when we entered. The spa is so lovely and relaxing, and reasonably priced. Breakfast spread is lovely and served fairly late into the morning. Walkable to multiple delicious restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Tuscany.

Camera con arredi vecchi ma tutto sommato accettabile in quanto era pulita e sempre in ordine. A disposizone avevamo un frigobar ( che inizialmente non funzionava ma che hanno prontamente cambiato appena lo abbiamo segnalato) oltre la televisione. Soggiorno con colazione inclusa, non era previsto il pranzo mentre la cena era alla carta, quindi ci siamo arrangiati con quello che c'era in giro: la coop è diventato il nostro ristorante! Per la cena ci siamo sempre arrangiati: pizza , carne insalate... Devo dire nel contesto era vicino al nostro punto d'interesse principale ( e alla lavanderia a gettoni ) quindi voto positivo. Colazione non il massimo ma direi, tutto sommato che sono stato in posti peggiori quindi promuovo la struttura: sorseggiavo il caffè guardando dai finestroni il verde della toscana... impareggiabile! Balcone pulito ma non troppo utilizzabile perchè si affaccaiva su altre camere dell'hotel quindi zero privacy.

Lati positivi : - personale efficiente simpatico e qualificato - colazione molto fornita e prodotti ottimi - cena degna di ristorante tipico , variabili per chi come me e intollerante al lattosio Lati negativi : -OMETTERE DI SCRIVERE NELLA PAGINA ALCUNI DETTAGLI IMPORTANTI E FONDAMENTALI -la piscina non è permessa ai minori di 12 anni come riportato sulla pagina anzi per essere precisi possono accedere 1 ora al giorno. -la piscina ha un costo di. 15 euro a persona al giorno. -la camera assegnata al piano terra era datata con mobili rovinati e odore di risalita dal bagno , riscaldamento non funzionante. (Fortunatamente ci hanno cambiato stanza dopo la nostra richiesta ) Ringrazio EXPEDIA che fortunatamente ci ha tutelato e supportato.
