"Car parking was difficult (space wise). Sorry to say it, hostess was difficult to work with ... - Criticised us for leaving car in the obvious parking space, and said she was just about to call the police to have the car removed (no sense that she thought it might be a guest). - Didn't reply to messages through the day. - Demanded cash for the bed tax (no cards), and incorrectly told me that the nearby grocery store could dispense cash."

"Checking in for really hard. I was late for the check-in for which I was charged $20 in cash. There was no mention of anything like late fee of $20 in the booking. I didn’t had cash so I had to wait for a long time and walk around with person helping me check-in before I enter at the midnight. The neighborhood was really really loud throughout the night and also did not feel safe. There was no temperature control in the humidity of Venice which made it really difficult to sleep well. Could not...

Top Sant'Angelo di Piove di Sacco Hotel Reviews

Hotel Cavalletto e Doge Orseolo

10/10 Excellent

"Such a great stay. Wish we could have stayed longer."

Hotel Abbazia

10/10 Excellent

"We had a deluxe room and it was well worth paying a bit more. It was like a suite with a seating area then moving through to a bathroom on one side and a walk in shower on the other side then moving on into the bedroom. The hotel has lots of character and a beautiful garden where we enjoyed eating breakfast and having an aperitif with some lovely savoury snacks. The lounge area was very nicely decorated and comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. If we return to Venice we will definitely stay at this hotel again. It is so wonderfully located making it easy to get the train or the bus. There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby."
