"Very well run with efficient staff, this lovely hotel is well placed, for seeing all of Romes landmarks. Set in a lovely square, with great restaurants all round, the hotel is an old converted monastery and retains some interesting and original features. Our room was small but very clean with everything catered for. Management covers everything. We found all the staff to be polite and helpful and I have no qualms in recommending your stay here. As everyone says, the hotel is quiet and secure and was actually perfect for our 4 night stay. Breakfast was lovely. Set in a pleasant room, run efficiently with so much choice. No complaints could possibly be made, the choice and quality of the food offered was first class. All in all. In a minefield of choices, this hotel was faultless Thank you for all you do."

"They had no air conditioning in neither of my two rooms. They change one of the rooms to another room after complaining but also without air conditioning. My main issue was not that they had issues with the air, it is that they act like is a surprise and keep playing with you like you will not complain that you are sweating in your room while the corridors outside have air, and that their solution for my troubles was to say we will not charge the tourist tax in one of the rooms (15 euro) "

"Great location. Clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It was odd we had to leave our room key with the front desk every time we left. The front desk staff were quiet and didn’t ask if we needed any recommendations etc. We were surprised that there wasn’t a coffee/espresso maker in the room. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious."

"This hotel is 150 years old and you can see the splendor it must have had way back in the marble stairs, columns and some hotel paintings on each floor. The location is excellent and the breakfast outstanding."

"Excellent short stay in Rome. They gave us complementary drinks at the café and rooftop bar, as well as early check in. They also upgraded our room for no cost- so overall excellent stay. The breakfast was also exceptional, even though you do have to pay about €15 per person but it was well worth it. "

"Apartment was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Wonderful hot shower. Easy access washer and dryer room. Location was perfect for Trastevere walking to everything. Offered extra toilet paper and paper towels and coffee. Wonderful to have a balcony!! Communication was immediate and clear. Thank you for everything! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
