"Very nice hotel"

"I been in Barcelona many times and there are many different places to stay but for the random visitors location is most important. In this respect location for this hotel could not be better, few minutes walking to Sagrada without any traffic congestion, near the Sant Pau hospital museum and hundreds of options to have eating. Hotel is fully renovated, minimalist and practical design."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The only downside for me was the body pillows instead of regular pillows. But the people we travelled with liked them. There was also 2 complementary bottles of water in the fridge. It has a wonderful rooftop patio with a view of the Sagrada Famiglia, which is about a 15 minute walk away. There are restaurants in the area as well as a grocery store and wonderful place to get pastries, sandwiches and coffee (Teixido) a 2 minute walk dune the street. They also have secure luggage lockers for use to store your luggage. I would certainly recommend this hotel."

"Had a very pleasant stay here. The service was great! The team comprising Diego, Jonathan, Jacky and Bella was amazing as they ensured our hotel breakfast experience was an enjoyable one. Their service was impeccable and had made my stay even more pleasant. The hotel is within walking distance to all the places of interest, including the Sagrada Família! Will definitely stay here again when I visit Barcelona again."

"During our whole week stay there was no air conditioning as it was not working. We got no updates on when it was going to be fixed and was supposed to be fixed a few days into our stay. The only compensation they gave was minibar service which was basically just a few free sodas a day, which was kind of a joke. Our room was an absolute sauna despite having two fans. Additionally, our toilet stopped working and they just gave us keys to another room after repeatedly asking for help. Although there was still no AC this other room was totally cooler, which made us feel even worse. Overall, they did not do much to take responsibility and keep us updated on the situation and the no AC was terrible."
