" We stayed at the hotel from May 15-17. We were completely not satisfied with our stay due to the lack of cleanliness, lack of water pressure, and unsanitary issues we experienced in our room. To summarize: + the bed looked like it was slept in when we checked in + there was brown water in the ice container + there was a lot of hair strands in the sink and on the toilet + there were large wet stains as we entered the room. + the towels had brown and black stains on them. + the water pressure from the shower did not work properly. We addressed these concerns with the front desk. We are requesting a full refund for our stay. "

"Great breakfast, friendly staff, and they have coffee available in the lobby 24-7. Popcorn available for free in the afternoons which made my son happy. An older hotel but the rooms are clean and the shower works great!"
