" We stayed at the hotel from May 15-17. We were completely not satisfied with our stay due to the lack of cleanliness, lack of water pressure, and unsanitary issues we experienced in our room. To summarize: + the bed looked like it was slept in when we checked in + there was brown water in the ice container + there was a lot of hair strands in the sink and on the toilet + there were large wet stains as we entered the room. + the towels had brown and black stains on them. + the water pressure from the shower did not work properly. We addressed these concerns with the front desk. We are requesting a full refund for our stay. "

"The area was quiet, the front desk was accommodating, the owner was very nice. The staff were wonderful people. Always willing to assist. Be mindful it is a small hotel, there is no elevator but the stairs are right past the front desk. It’s 2 floors so the walk isn’t bad. They do have the cart right at the top of the stairs to get your luggage to the room. Overall this was a great experience. "
