"The breakfast was good. There were no outlets in the room to plug in chargers. The location was great but there was no staff on site to check you in. You had to check in online or walk to another location to check in or get help. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was clean as well."

"This was one of best hotels during our visit to Switzerland ! The staff was amazing! They make us fee welcome since the first minute we arrived until we left. I will definitely come back again!! I was traveling with my son and they surprise him with a birthday surprise cake and room decoration they really made our stay wonderful!! The lady in red was amazing.!!!
