The suite was new and very clean. Toilet was very small, and the towel heating rack was not working. Room temperature cannot be warmer in winter as there is no heating. The buffet breakfast spread was amazing. The restaurant staff must be commended: Fabio, Nabli & Sebastion at the egg station.

Air conditioning wasn't available, so had to leave windows open at night. A little noise as a result. If it was any hotter, could have become a big problem. Room was spacious and enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Spa area was outstanding, including the five suana options. Primarily ate in the bar versus sitting down for dinner, liked eating in the bar lounge.

Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From the moment you arrive, everything feels exceptional; the location is unbeatable, surrounded by a magical alpine landscape that feels straight out of a postcard. The setting overlooking the mountains is simply breathtaking, especially in the mornings and evenings. The atmosphere of the hotel is warm, elegant, and timeless, making every moment feel special. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every single team member was genuinely warm, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff made us feel very welcoming. The team at breakfast were superb. We have cancelled one day in Urich and extended in Kempinski for this reason. Hope to come back soon
