"Very nice hotel with friendly staff. They gave us the free access to the public spa next door and the gondola rides to see top of the mountain views. That’s a nice surprise! Only drawback is one hotel staff forgot to turn on the steam and sauna in the spa in the hotel after our request. He also forgot to arrange the taxi after our request. More new staff training please. :)"

"The location is perfect, walking distance to Ski Lift and downtown, as well as hiking paths. The hotel has agreement with Ovaverva, a complex with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, water slides, Gym and spa. This is perfect to relax after a day of skiing or hiking. The staff is incredibly polite and professional. They make you feel like a royal guest. Staff members are from many different nationalities, and they all speak many languages. "Location was good. The breakfast that was included was excellent. The hotel can work on making the entrance to the hotel more visible. At looks as though you are going to the restaurant Riccardo's and not hotel piz as the name of the restaurant is more prominent. Otherwise you can bypass the hotel not realizing that the restaurant is also the entrance for the hotel."
