"Overall, the stay was great. It’s a beautiful hotel with well kept facilities. The pool and spa are great. The breakfast is wonderful! We had only one complaint: the shuttle to the train station. Upon check out we were asked if we wanted to use it and said yes. It was scheduled to leave 10 minutes later and no one showed up to drive the van. "Location was good. The breakfast that was included was excellent. The hotel can work on making the entrance to the hotel more visible. At looks as though you are going to the restaurant Riccardo's and not hotel piz as the name of the restaurant is more prominent. Otherwise you can bypass the hotel not realizing that the restaurant is also the entrance for the hotel."
