"The property and staff were nice, but the sofa bed was terrible—too small for my kids to even fit and very uncomfortable. Also there were people playing loud music in the parking lot late at night. "

"The first night we had roaches in our room, no hot water, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. They wouldn’t let us leave to change hotels and were fully booked. We allowed them to do a deep clean which kind of helped. The room was often very cold and hard to sleep. People were smoking in the hallways and dropping the butts down the staircase. Very very basic amenities. Ended up getting sick. Wouldn’t say here again."
