"The location is fantastic. The property offers a lot of restaurants which is very convenient. The beach is awesome. The rooms smell very musty. The gap under the door allows for a lot of bugs to come in. We put a towel to stop them from coming in. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again."

"Fantastic property. Very clean well accommodated and updated room with comfy beds! The pool and beach area is gorgeous and well maintained. Our only true complaint was the noise from neighbors next door through the adjoining room doors. Those doors are not very sound proof at all. Make sure to bring your own body wash, shampoo and conditioner. They do provide very tiny bottles (for a couple uses each) but they aren’t very good quality products and it’s not enough for more than 1 night stay. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked very nice!"

"This place was a huge disappointment and absolutely not what I expected based on the Expedia rating. The unit was tiny, outdated, and not very clean, with paper-thin walls and ceilings - we could clearly hear the guests upstairs late into the night and again early in the morning. There was no proper lobby or on-site staff, the AC created so much condensation that surfaces and even the TV were wet, and basic touches like coffee for the coffee maker were missing. While the beach was nearby, the property itself felt run-down and honestly worth maybe a third of what they charge."

"Far exceeded our expectations and hopes. We were welcomed by the owner who gave us a tour, oriented us to the Inn and community, showed us the amenities, which included bikes for getting around with lots of biking lanes on the Island. Also the amenities included everything for the beach-beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, towels, shell hunting equipment and bucket with a sink for cleaning the treasures, outdoor heated showers, table and chairs on the partially enclosed porch outside your door for eating, hammock and bench swing every few cottages for relaxing. Quiet, within two blocks of both bay and the gulf with white sand beaches… beautiful. Set within trees with designated parking place for each room. Our room which was one of the smaller ones, was great for my wife and I, with a fridge, microwave and dishes. Restaurants right across the street and next door, with a couple of stores within walking or riding distance, even some grocery stores a short ride down the street. We will be back!"
