"This small Bed & Breakfast is a bit far from Zhangjiajie proper but the location in the National Park definitely makes up for the that. The Staff are very helpful and they are willing to bring your luggage to your room. The breakfast is good Asian fare. "I was a little skeptical when booking this stay due to a lack of review availability. I was later told that this was their first time on Expedia. That being said, I’m very glad to have booked this stay. Mr. Wang did a great job, he was always available, did his best to give recommendations and communicate. He even made sure that I ate and was comfortable. I stayed in tent 2 which had a gorgeous view. This was a perfect place to stay for a few nights stay, but even if you wanted to stay longer...

" Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. The staff was nice but spoke no English.

"Amazing experience at Celestial Valley. The service from pre arrival, to airport pickup, to our 2 night stay, all the way to the dropoff at the station was incredible, everyone at the hotel was so welcoming and friendly. They helped us with everything via wechat and arranged all park tickets and transportation for everywhere we needed to go. The room and views were spectacular, and looked exactly like the hotels.com photos. We couldn’t have imagined a better stay. John in particular was very helpful as he spoke English, but all the other staff too were always able to step in and support right away. "

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the serene atmosphere, friendly service, and the attention to detail throughout the property.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed to blend in with the natural surroundings. Our room had a large balcony that looked directly out onto the mountains — waking up to that view every morning was nothing short of magical.
