Great small property close to the main park and close to all other attractions. Staff is very attentive and made all our bookings ahead of time and made suggestions on what to do and which day to do to. Food is excellent and the family room is spacious. It costs a little more than some of the other hotels but those hotels have 400+ rooms. This is much more of a boutique style and a wonderful oasis in town.

I highly recommend this hotel- the staff were fabulous- they went out of their way to help us. Sunny in particular was outstanding she helped us map out our stay & our journey to the Grand Canyon also Tainmen mountain & then to the Bailong elevator in the Zhangjiajie national park. I suggest going to any of these places as early as you can as it all gets VERY CROWDED.Breakfast is just great as are the laundry facilities the beers & water& ice cream are free what more can you ask for. Also you get 13 minutes of drone activity in the sky at 7.50 pm & the bridge underneath lights up & is fantastic- once again highly recommend this hotel . I wish we had stayed at more boutique hotels in our stay in China Beautiful pools in the hotel & also a cascading creek runs right past you it is wonderful . Do not miss the authentic bat cave at the coffee bar pool

Great place, well located near of the park east entrance (10 mins walk). Spacious room and room amenities (just be careful with the step next to the bed). Special mention to the hotel manager/concierge and staff. Helpful attentive and knowledgeable about the area and really valuable help in organizing your days ( special mention to Sunny…. The heart of the place).

This place exceeded our expectations. I was skeptical because it had so few reviews but we are so glad we stayed here. Staff is extremely attentive, going above and beyond. Rooms are really nice, high tech and great picture window looking onto the river. They provided free transport to/from the airport, umbrellas and rain jackets if needed and free beer/bottled water. Breakfast was also included. The location is also really good for access to the national park and downtown. Rarely am I impressed by a hotel but I cant say enough about the staff, room and service. Definitely worth the money and highly recommend it. Id give 6 stars based on how well everyone treated us.

This hotel was marvellous. The staff were so attentive above and beyond. They sent a large vehicle to collect us from the train station. Once we arrived. They immediately recommended we go see the Grand Canyon because we had enough time left in the day. The hotel arranged the tickets and we had an amazing time. They have a refrigerator and freezer in the lobby stocked with drinks and ice cream where you just help yourself. The rooms were really nice and comfortable for our needs. We were out early each day going to the national parks. The main national park is only a short walk from the hotel. On the day we checked out we were also going to Tianmen mountain and the hotel offered to send our bags to the train station after we finished. This was amazing service we never received from any hotel anywhere. Some of the staff which didn’t speak English would use a dedicated translation device to help us out. The pool area was clean and well kept. The breakfast was excellent too. There are many restaurants within a short walk. We want to thank everyone at the hotel for your hospitality and making our stay exceptional.

O hotel é impecável, time totalmente atencioso e prestativo. Não tivemos nenhum problema e tudo foi muito bem feito pelo time. A vista é linda, o hotel é um show a parte. O quarto totalmente novo e equipado. Tivemos uma pessoa dedicada a nos ajudar durante toda a estadia, com ingressos e roteiro. Até me deram um bolo de aniversário, muito obrigado!
