"Clean room, quiet."

"The only thing that I would complain about is the parking. Valet was not available as it was full. Had to park in garage and walk to hotel lobby. Payed a $38 fee for parking one day. "

"Decent room, spacious. Stains on pullout couch but mattress was comfortable. Great breakfast. Free airport shuttle comes with a caveat: it was fully booked between 7:45 AM - 9:15 AM so we just took an uber instead."

"Arrived at the property at 11:45pm after a long busy day to be told they had scheduled maintenance from 11pm to 5am so there was no water in the hotel- when I asked for clarification they specified I could not shower or use the toilet. Too late for me to make other plans, especially since I had to leave for the airport at 5am. They never bothered to give me prior notice so I could have feasibly chosen to make other plans. They still had the audacity to charge the $50 incidental fee that they will return in 3-5 business days if deemed appropriate. When I questioned the situation I was given a “free” bottle of water and a snack size bag of chips, maybe $3 value. Hoping to get a couple hours of sleep I went to my room and was met by the biggest cockroach I’ve ever seen. It was basically camping, without any of the calm and beauty of nature. Stay anywhere else."

"I’ll start with the positives. The breakfast was hot and satisfying, the staff was friendly, and the room was free of any smoke odor. The bed and pillows felt brand new, and housekeeping did a great job—fresh towels were provided daily and the bed was made each day. The location also offered easy access to and from I-4, which was very convenient. Now for the downsides. We found a large palmetto bug (American cockroach) in the bathroom, which made us avoid keeping any food in the room. The sink had a constant leak, and the bathroom caulking was blackened with mold. Some of the trim and fixtures were damaged—bent and sticking out—clearly in need of repair or replacement. Lastly, the hotel is located right next to the Orange County Detention Center and surrounded by multiple bail bond offices, which may not be ideal for everyone."

"Initial room had faulty toilet, no toilet paper holder and dirty windows. Moved to 2nd room with shower light not functioning and when told I didn’t leave anything behind in first room, manager had to recheck and found 2 pairs of pants left in closet. Not a Hilton hotel experience. "
