Overnight stay worthy

Just an overnight stay. Arrived for late check in rang bell person came quickly. Easy quick check in. Room had everything needed, no safe but iron, microwave, coffee, fridge. Clean but shower water not really hot and older decor. A few fruit flies in room.

Our stay was perfect! Our room was squeaky clean, comfortable, tasteful and large! The area consists of a few quiet businesses. If a hotel room in this area is needed in the future, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

We have stayed at this property several times. It's not fancy but it's clean and a great place to stay the night while traveling.

A/C was off, so took 2 hours to cool down. Crappy bedding and towels. Spent $95 on very mediocre accommodations. Required $100 deposit for nonsmoking room, but did immediately reimburse on checkout.

Great price for the location. Room smelled funny, bedspread was very worn, shower curtain was torn. BUT the bathroom was clean, coffee pot and hair dryer worked. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. I would stay again.

Very, very musty, damp smell. Door paper thin and people on either side live there, and very loud! No breakfast, no conditioner for hair, burn holes in bedspread. Marijuana smoking outside by residents 😏! Don’t recommend!

New management not friendly to customer service

Smoking room was offered by new management instead of the non smoking booked. There's a surprise $100 fee that must be paid on the same card you pay with. New management does not value repeat customers. I've stayed at this hotel every week for almost 3 months last year. This new manager is not customer friendly.

Wir waren fĂŒr zwei Tage hier und wir hatten Zimmer 18 . Es war ruhig. Das Zimmer war sauber ,ordentlich und es wurde sogar zwischen den zwei Tagen gereinigt. Sitzmöglichkeit außerhalb des Zimmers ist vorhanden. Im großen und ganzen kann man es mit ruhigen Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Although an older motel, the room was large and clean. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. The small refrigerator keep my husband’s medication cold; the freezer refroze his ice packs. Close to several restaurants. Walking distance to a wonderful ice cream parlor!

It's old and you'll know it

This is an old motel. The key word is old. There's a very loud window unit that keeps the room cold, but would keep the dead awake. The sheets were clean, but old. Would hate to see the results of a black light test. Convenient if you're in Orange City. But, trust me, you won't sleep.

Clean Comfortable

Stayed 1 night on way.so south Florida. Usually stay in Daytona but because of bike week couldn't find a room. This was only 25 minutes west and was a good clean afforable find.
