"The hotel itself was very clean, very nice the disappointing part of my experience there was with the front desk staff, very rude, not pleasant, not welcoming, lack hospitality. Made me not want to asked any questions while I was there. And it was like that with the front desk people when I arrived and all throughout my stay and the icing on the cake was the front desk woman who checked me out, she was the rudest one of all! Need better training of your front desk staff the only polite, welcoming, approachable staff members was the ladies at the bar and housekeeping, the servers name at the bar was Emilyann she was the nicest one there!
