Family friendly Hotels in Sandston, Richmond

"The hotel staff upon arrival were not friendly. Hotel seemed very dirty. Trash cans outside and in lobby were full. The room felt dirty and smelled of a strong smell. The bathroom floor was dirty and some mold in shower. The hallway outside of our room smelled like cigarettes but we were on a non smoking room. Overall would not recommend. This hotel needs a complete renovation. "

"I was really impressed with the quality at this hotel. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great and free, shuttle to the airport for free and conveniently located to restaurants and shops. I highly recommend it if you are in this area."

"Gloria with breakfast was amazing so helpful my son is autistic she didn’t know and just was so helpful the pancake machine messed up she brought him French toast while she changed the belt just so helpful"

"Property was per friendly, but the building itself was old and not kept up. The rooftop sitting area was not open in early April when we stayed there, nor was it easily accessible. Not worth the price or the high rating."

"Easily one of the most genuinely charming and historic hotels that I have stayed in, and I’ve stayed in a lot. The rooms were huge, the ceilings high, and the mattresses newly replaced (the old ones were behind the building in an alley, waiting to be disposed). They were so comfortable we actually stripped the bed in our room to find out the make. Also, the people at the desk were very friendly and seemed to take a lot of pride in their property. "

"AC was terrible in first room I was assigned, but the very lovely evening manager (Alfreida) fixed the issue for me immediately and ensured I was taken care of. Will now be a regular, loved my stay. Only pray the construction will be over soon..."
