"I left my shaving kit in room 160 when I checked out this morning. So thankful that I received a call from the front desk to tell me they have it. It contains prescription medications so I need to get it back. On my way back to AZ I will again stay at your hotel and will pick it up when I stay there around Jan 2nd or so. "I had messed up on my reservation, and Jovan and Jason went out of their way, way out of their way to accommodate my mistake, I had meant to reserve for 3 nights and only reserved 2 nights. I had to reserve a room for the first night wasn't able to combine the rooms because I had gone thru expedia, Jovan made the switching of the 2 room the next day a breeze didn't have to check out at 11 and wait for my room at 4. i was moved and settled into new room before 11. The rooms were very clean, beds and pillows great! I will go there again on my next trip to Alb. Thank you for making my trip so pleasurable safe and secure."
