"I checked in after prepaying for a 2 night stay. I checked out after the first night, when I left to sleep elsewhere because the state of the room was THAT bad. I’d rather lose my money than be there. We’re talking sticky floors, visible dust and grime on heater, ac, lamps etc. Garbage under the bed, a flimsy lock on the door that barely worked, hairs in bedding and tiny black bugs under the mattress. Smelled like smoke inside lobby and rooms. It’s no wonder they’re so adamant about a no return policy- it’s disgusting."

"The property itself is amazing! The downside is everything is digital. When I pulled up to the property, I had not received any communication explaining how things worked. Once the communication came, it became clearer although I had to call support to understand how the key worked. That was a shame because everything else was amazing!"

"Everything about this place is fantastic. I’ve stayed a my fair share of places and this one has got to be the best in a long time. Everywhere is clean. Rooms are great, shower is great. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Only thing is they don’t have the smart tv so you can log into Netflix. But since everything else was so great it didn’t bother me. Will definitely stay there again when I’m in that area. Highly recommend!!!"
