"The staff of Imperial Hotel Osaka are welcoming and offer excellent service. The room I stayed in was a smoking room - but it didn’t smell like it. The room was immaculate. The bathroom is large with great lighting. I didn’t use the restaurants on property but they do have 24hr service if needed. Konnbinis are nearby! Lawson seems the closest…but 7-11 is near by too. I like that the hotel is a short ten minute walk away from a train station. If you want to go to Dotonbori, there will be a further walk to a different train station. The hotel is a couple blocks away from Tenbashi shopping street."
