"Everything was great!"

"The rooms were clean but parking spots were small. For size reference, a Toyota Camry can barely make it in the spot while giving room to exit out the vehicle and avoiding door things. The place is 10 min from the Santa Cruz boardwalk which was convenient and 15 min to Capitola. Staffs were accommodating and the free breakfast was good. Overall great stay for a weekend getaway."

"Great location. Easy walking distance to beach and downtown. The room looked a little worn down and out dated. Thin walls. Was woken up and kept up by loud thumping/stomping noises all morning starting around 6am. "

"Great little place within walking distance of the Boardwalk and food places. Really an ideal location if you have Littles! Downside - the pool was out of order while we were there. Otherwise budget, friendly, and simple. "

"It was quiet and convenient for walking to the boardwalk, check in was quick and easy. The room was not too great, the hair dryer did not work, the coffee maker did not work, the seat looked filthy with stains. But the stay was satisfactory for our needs."

"I recommend this hotel because of its proximity to the beach and the price range is very reasonable. There is no breakfast nor pool . It’s a safe place and clean . The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Parking is very easy . Also the hallway smells nice and clean. "
