La Bahía reminded us of Grand Wailea in Maui (minus all the pools and waterslides). Very tastefully done, excellent food, excellent customer service, beautiful atmosphere, great amenities. We would love to stay again.

We love the entire property! From the moment you arrive, staff work’s diligently to make you feel welcome! We stayed in a premium king full ocean view room and it was fabulous! Extra seating area with separate tv, extra large bathroom. Beautiful! And poolside is so relaxing. Extra comfy, cushioned lounges, premium towels, bar and food service is great!

Nice place. The pool temp was like bath water. Outdoor areas have fantastic views. New and clean rooms with lots of room and big tv’s. Bath shower was massive with great water pressure. Comfy beds with quality bedding. Definitely coming back in the future!

Exquisite! What a beautiful hotel! Wish we were staying longer. Everything was impeccable and beautifully decorated. The architecture is amazing. Loved the location. The bed was super comfortable with fine linens, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Spacious luxurious room with a balcony. The restaurants were very nice as well. No need to leave the property if you just want to relax! Well done, La Bahia!! I hope to return soon!

We stayed at La Bahia for 3 nights and had a great experience! The rooms were comfortable, clean, and cozy, and the location is amazing with direct access to the beach. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. The only disappointment was the food from in-room dining and at Low Tide resturant, we really didn’t enjoy it, although the staff was very nice. High Tide restaurant, on the other hand, was excellent, with delicious food and great service and great view. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!

I loved the entrance to the Hotel as well as the room. The Greeter and check in host were amazing. The Valet were very attentive at our arrival. The crew later in the evening as we returned from dinner was not so much. I had to call out their attention as my spouse awaited their service. But for the most part an amazing experience.

Gorgeous property! Brand new so extremely clean, very contemporary decor, and rooms are outfitted with current tech and Nespresso. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this property and when we come back to Santa Cruz will definitely book again.

I think overall this hotel is fabulous. The food and drinks were delicious. Room was wonderful with gorgeous views. Our room was beautiful and small suggestions would be put in snacks people actually want to eat. Everything looked unappealing. Sugar loaded. As prediabetic I can’t eat anything they had for us. Also not everyone likes raisins so, offer things other than sugar bombs and things with raisins/cranberries! Offer better snacks! :)

Facilities were very well kept, room was immaculate and amenities were great. Spa was definitely nice to sit and stare out at the wharf. Highly recommend for the place to stay if you want a resort style hotel in Santa Cruz

The staff were very attentive to every request. The property was very clean and well maintained. My only gripe is that the hotel fragrance was a little too overpowering in the lobby.
