"We had a room in the Tower. Excellent room that was recently renovated. Great view of the ocean. Great location close to everything. Biggest negative is the pool area is way too small. I saw people going down at 5 to 6 am in the morning to get a seat near the pool. Way too few beach chairs and umbrellas. We were there a week and they were already booked out for the entire week. Those were the 2 biggest negatives."

"The property was fine for my stay I did not buy an upgrade room and the room assigned was facing the nimentz highway which was very noisy. I suggest avoiding rooms on the 100-200 area. The property offers free breakfast so don’t oversleep as it only open 7-9 am"

"The staff members were very warm, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel location is perfect. Just a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach, about 7 to 10 minutes to the International Marketplace. The cleaning staff ensured tour room was kept immaculate and well-so supplied. The valet parking rates are a bit high but only $10 per day higher than the nearby parking garages. The check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient."
