"Villa Appiani is at a great location to get to center of Florence without being right in the center of it. It's a quite location where you can relax after a day of sightseeing and they have a great resturant. Also they provide shuttle service to the entrance of Florence at no extra cost. "It is a very good hotel, if you are looking to go to the Duomo area is the best choice, is less than 10 minutes from there. The staff is very attentive and if I ever come back I will stay at the same place.
