The hotel is new, modern, and absolutely beautiful. However, it is located far from the city centre, and we have to take a streetcar and a bus to get there. The breakfast was excellent, and our room 103 was spacious with two gorgeous terraces. However, this beautiful room has a tiny shower, which is difficult to use even for petite women like me. I was surprised that such a large project could have made this architectural mistake.

Excellent hotel, great staff, nothing too much trouble. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Nothing at all to dislike. Location is a way out but fine if you like walking (which we did). There is a tram that goes past the hotel so always an option anyway. The area around the hotel is being developed including a new arena etc. Would stay again.

Stayed in this property, in order to go to a concert at the arena. Really easy to get to (about 10 mins from Bergamo airport & cost about 35 euros from Airport) Place was immaculate, staff were amazing especially Luca. The only down side is that there are limited dining options around the area. There is a pizza restaurant at choruslife, which was busy & ok, however post gig there was nothing open. There is a aldi a 5 min walk away & a few local pizza restaurants and an amazing bakery but they all close between 7-10pm. if you’re back late you will probably have to order a deliveroo.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The entire hotel is only recently built, the rooms are modern and stylish. The staff are incredibly friendly and are always willing to help. The bed is big and comfortable, and the shower is definitely the best part. The rooms come with a massive TV with Netflix. On the site is a complex which when completed will be filled with lots of shops and restaurants, some of which are already open. The hotel is in close proximity to the tram station so getting into Bergamo is a breeze. You can also take the line up the other way to Albino and do some hiking. We stayed as a couple and had absolutely no issues at all, the only minor comment would be that there was some limescale in the shower head but a quick wipe with a cloth sorted that out. Also the rooftop restaurant is expensive so just keep that in mind. However the food is incredible. The breakfast is great, there is a wide selection of cereal, hot food, pastries and fruit available and we were always able to get a seat. Would definitely return to this hotel and can highly recommend to others.

It was a very nice and clean hotel. Definitely unique looking building surrounded by convention center complex. the staffs were absolutely helpful and kind. A clean modern room with a big balcony equipped well. Bed and pillows were comfortable. It’s a bit far from Bergamo city center but easy access by tram or walk. Also it has a big parking garage so all types of car will fit. Can’t expect anyone, it was a wonderful stay.

This is a new hotel but a little off the main part of town. Having a car is a must but figure out how to get to the hotel before you get there. There are no signs that makes it confusing
