"The hotel and it’s beautiful grounds were a delight. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly all the time and went out of their way to help at all times. The breakfast options were the best we have experienced anywhere and the steak I ate at the restaurant was cooked to perfection."

"This hotel should only cater to tour groups! As an individual couple we reserved a Junior suite and found ourselves in a room that was super hot room without the heat on, no AC. The bed was beyond firm with flimsy pillows. The noisy elevator next door kept us up all night. The front desk service was the worst where the guy named 'Marcos' got into a heated argument about the fact that they were all sold out and that we had the best room in the hotel!! I truly believe other people reviewing this...
