Breakfast was excellent .rooms were great. Staff was friendly . Back and forth traspotation service to grand central was good but they need t o extend pick up time 7:30pm is too early.
We needed a place to stay one night while travelling through the Veneto. This was a great location and the staff were fantastic. Very comfortable room.
This is an excellent place to stay. Clean room and excellent staff. Hotel restaurant offers excellent food as well. The property is not within walking distance to town so you need a taxi or other transport.
after 5 nights of accommodation at this hotel I can say that it was an ideal choice and location with good quality services including excellent breakfast and very friendly staff especially Mrs. Tereza (sorry if I didn't spell her name correctly). I highly recommend it.
Nice clean hotel with pool and gym. Great bathrooms. Caters to large bus groups and they really struggled to keep up with food and coffee availability at breakfast.
I recently stayed here, and overall, it was an amazing experience! The accommodations were fantastic, and the customer service throughout the hotel was stellar. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
However, I did notice a significant drawback at the restaurant during breakfast. The atmosphere was quite lacking; it felt a bit off. While one Asian staff member was friendly and made an effort to engage with guests, the rest of the team seemed grumpy and unapproachable. A smile or friendly conversation goes a long way!
Despite this, the rest of the hotel was wonderful, and I would recommend it for a lovely stay. Just a bit of warmth in the restaurant would make it perfect!

However, I did notice a significant drawback at the restaurant during breakfast. The atmosphere was quite lacking; it felt a bit off. While one Asian staff member I forgot the gentle man name of I m not wrong he is from Bangladesh was friendly and made an effort to engage with guests, the rest of the team seemed grumpy and unapproachable. Sent an email to say we were arriving late, no response.
When we arrived there were two receptionists. One was with guests the other was working on the computer and failed to acknowledge us for several minutes. Very poor first impression - no problem letting her finish doing was she was in the middle of but a simple smile and I will be with you in a minute would have gone a long way after a long journey
Hotel is in isolated area; hard to get to it and out of it. The only option is taxi altough expect to pay north of €50 for trips. Hotel advertises free shuttle to the Marco Polo airport however when I was there shuttle was broken, out of service, and the only option was taxi at flat fee of €50. It is definitely not a hotel where you can check in and walkout to enjoy city. It is a nice facility but accessibility and absence of any infrastructure around it is a show stopper.
Hotel was nice and big, well it’s was far from the city, which cost us a lot of money for taxi, around €45 to the hotel, but the hotel provided a shuttle to take us to the city and bring us back and took us to the airport when leaving Venice, the hotel room bathroom toilet was blocked, called them and they fixed that, the only issue I had was the first day I was in the hotel, someone opened the door, didn’t know how, she apologized, the next morning , while sleeping same thing happened , before I checked out while naked same thing happened again, that’s the only terrible fault about the hotel…
